We were most honoured to welcome The Provincial Grand Master RtWBro Norman Eric Heaviside accompanied by the Provincial Team at an extremenly well attended December meeting. Bretheren were delighted to witness the PGM present Norman Lodge member WBro Barry Funnell with a 50 year certificate. A terrific achievement and a well deserved honour.

Harmony at the seasonally themed festive board was provided by the Craghead Colliery Band with a number of fine toasts being delivered. The WM presented WBro Barry Funnell with a crystal whiskey glass and a bottle of the same to fill it with. What an excellent evening!

Meeting new friends continued in the bar after the festive board.
